Michael Goima is a Tanzanian photographer based in Dar es Salaam with over 11 years of experience, specialising in documentary, portrait, and editorial photography, as well as documentary film production. His work focuses on capturing the human element and telling compelling, authentic stories through visual imagery.

 Michael collaborates closely with non-profit organisations, international institutions, and brands to visually communicate social impact, ideas, and lived experiences. His portfolio features partnerships with organisations such as Malala Fund, UN Women, Gates Foundation, Aga Khan Foundation Canada, Farm Africa, PACT, Leonard Cheshire, HelpAge International, Brilliant Earth, CEO Magazine, and others.

 Based in Dar es Salaam and available for assignments across the region, Michael regularly works on projects throughout Tanzania and beyond. He is open to travelling and collaboration and welcomes enquiries for commissioned photography and film projects.
